Montello Red D.o.c - Montello e Colli Asolani
Area of production: Cabernet Sauvignon and merlot thinned grapes in our own hilly vineyards in Volpago del Montello.
Refining: This wine is kept in wooden barrels for a long time (12 months and more), medium sized barrels (17 Hl) made of durmast “Slavonia and Nevergen”.
Details: Ruby red wine, garnet if aged, intense scent of wild cherry and undergrowth fruits, dry taste, silky.
Serve: 16°-18° C.
Pairing: Second courses of tasty meat and medium seasoning cheese.
